DIY Cafe Brekky Bundle Menu
Fruit Toast with Preserves
Succulent and spicy fruit toast with your choice of: jam, lemon curd, honey or butter
Toast 2 slices of Fruit Toast per person and serve warm with your toppings of choice – too easy!
Keto Big Breakfast
Eggs your way on buttered keto toast, tomatoes, mushrooms, sausages, bacon and avocado
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the bacon on one baking tray and the sausages on another and add to the oven until cooked – or alternatively cook on a BBQ or in a frying pan. Heat some good fat like coconut oil or ghee in a frying pan and gently sautée the mushrooms and tomatoes. Toast the Fat & Seedy Bread and butter liberally. Slice half an avocado and add it to a plate with the cooked bacon and sausages, tomatoes and mushrooms. Season and enjoy.
Avo & Feta Smash (V)
Smashed avocado and feta on paleo toast with rocket, lemon dressing and balsamic glaze Add: Poached Egg
Serves 2. Mash an avocado with 50g of feta (optional) and some salt and pepper. Mix 25g freshly squeezed lemon juice with 25g olive oil and some salt and pepper to taste. Toast four pieces of the Primal Alternative bread (you can use any Primal Alternative bread for this apart from Fruit Toast!). Spread the avocado and feta mix onto the hot toast, then drizzle with the lemon dressing and balsamic glaze.
Stack of homemade low carb pancakes with seasonal fruit, yoghurt of your choice, maple syrup
Prepare the pancakes as directed on the packet and serve in stacks with your fave fruit, yoghurt and desired sweetener.
Nut Milk Coffee & Cookie
Dairy Free Flat White with Cookie on the side
Blitz 100g of cashews with 1litre of water for about 2 mins in your blender or until smooth and milky. If you have a coffee machine, pour yourself a double shot of coffee and froth the cashew milk and add to the coffee. If you don’t have a coffee machine, just add the cashew milk as you would normally use milk. You could even warm it up a bit gently on the stove. Serve with a Choc Chip Cookie.
