Choc Berry Smoothie

by Helen Marshall

If you know anything about me, you’ll know I love a Chocolate Smoothie!

In fact I have one most days!

I would rather have this smoothie over an ice cream or any other treat.  It’s so satisfying and with this ingredients list so nourishing – the collagen is especially helpful for gut healing, joint repair and healthy nails, hair and skin.

It’s loaded with healthy fats and antioxidants and best of all – it tastes so good!

This makes a great snack, especially if you are craving something sweet or chocolatey and even makes a great breakfast.

It is dairy free, egg free, grain free, gluten free and suitable for vegans.

Makes 3 Smoothies – I usually store them the fridge in recycled glass jars for a handy snack over the next couple of days.

  1. Hi Helen, I made this smoothie after listening to your latest podcast. You may want to check your cacao volumes in the recipe as 40g is waaaaay more than 2 tablespoons of cacao! I used 40g and it was FULL ON!

    • Hey Amy, hehe I have this smoothie (or variations of) daily. Maybe I am used to the Cacao or just a complete chocolate head as I love this amount. You could easily reduce the amount of cacao to suit your tastes though. Smoothie on! Love, H xx
