
Ingredients
- A bunch of mixed greens
- Half an onion
- 4 eggs
- 4 heaped tablespoons of ricotta
- Salt
- One sheet of Grain Free Pastry
- 50g butter
Method
- Cook up the greens and onion with salt and ghee.
- Take one sheet of Grain-Free Pastry and put it in Thermomix with 50g butter. Blend.
- Divide pastry into four and use to line little pie dishes.
- Whisk the eggs and fold through the greens with ricotta.
- Pour into dishes and cook for 20 minutes @ 180C.
