Mini Quiches

Method

  1. Cook up the greens and onion with salt and ghee.
  2. Take one sheet of Grain-Free Pastry and put it in Thermomix with 50g butter. Blend.
  3. Divide pastry into four and use to line little pie dishes.
  4. Whisk the eggs and fold through the greens with ricotta.
  5. Pour into dishes and cook for 20 minutes @ 180C.
