Okonomiyaki

Ingredients

Sliced onion
Sliced cabbage and greens
1/3 cup Primal Alternative Pancake and waffle mix
2 eggs

OPTIONAL
Dulse flakes
Toasted sesame seeds
Bacon

Method

  1. Stirfry onion and cabbage till softened, allow to cool.
  2. Add eggs and pancake mix stir till combined.
  3. Heat frypan and drizzle with oil of choice add 1/3 cup mixture.
  4. Cook until golden on each side.

Serving suggestion
Drizzle with mayo and hot sauce 🤤

Time poor?
Skip the onion and use a bag of coleslaw mix.

These are great to cook and then reheat in sandwich press for a quick meal.
