This is such a great recipe that I have adapted from the Thermomix Recipe Community. I am adding it to my blog as so many of my friends and family ask me for the recipe, and this makes it easier to find! A little bit of delicious relish can really transform a dish – I love this on top of my Paleo Lamb Burger (pictured).
3 cloves garlic
650 g brown onions
20g olive oil
80 g butter
150 g coconut sugar
1.5 tsp sea salt
50 g vinegar
60 g balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1. Place garlic into mixing bowl to chop 5 sec / speed 5.
2. Add in remaining ingredients to mix 5 sec / speed 2. Scrape down sides.
3. Cook 20 min / Varoma / / MC off.
4. Allow to cool before storing in bottle(s). Keep refrigerated.
