This is where the diversity dough comes in. It’s jammed packed with just what your gut needs to keep you thriving!

Many of us have sensitivities or are at differing stages of healing. Our culture respects the need for easy to digest, low allergen ingredients that nourish and nurture. That’s why our ingredients have been so carefully selected. When these ingredients are fermented the sugar is reduced to zero and all that is left is pre-biotic, gut loving fibres. An ingredient that you may be unsure has through the fermenting process been transformed and easy for you to digest.

How long will the dough culture last?   The Diversity Dough Starter will last 3 months in the fridge.

Can I freeze it?  You should not freeze your raw Diversity Dough starter, it will store better in the fridge. You can freeze cooked Diversity Dough for up to 4 weeks in the freezer. It’s so easy to pre-slice your Diversity Dough and pull out a piece for toasting as you need it.

How much should I eat?  Diversity Dough is designed to be eaten in smaller amounts, supplement style, rather than form the bulk of your diet. It only takes a small amount of resistant starch to grow a significant amount of your indigenous microbes and rebuild your microbiome population. Try a small slice each day.
