A low-carb lunch box friendly alternative to sandwich bread with a chewy crust. The loaf is made with zucchini and hemp seeds, with a hint of garlic and rosemary.
Packet Mix Ingredients: sunflower seeds, coconut flour, hemp seeds, psyllium husk, grain-free baking powder, sea salt, rosemary (0.3%).
You will need:
- 230g Zucchini
- 90g olive oil
- 4 large free range eggs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Food processor
Eat fresh and warm, then keep refrigerated after baking. Can be sliced and frozen for up to three months. If freezing, it’s best toasted from frozen.
